Founded in 2011 as Lepang Ferguson International (LFI), the company began as a creative consultancy rooted in design, visual storytelling and luxury communications. What started as a passion driven studio quickly evolved into a respected multidisciplinary brand working across interior design, bespoke furniture, sourcing, styling and publishing. As client demand for curated, high end spaces grew, Lepang Luxury Interiors naturally emerged as the design and build arm of the business, focused exclusively on refined residential, hospitality and lifestyle environments.

Under the creative direction of founder Lepang Ferguson, the brand became known for its ability to merge African context with international standards of luxury. Over the years, the studio has delivered and consulted on a wide range of projects across Botswana and the region, while sourcing products and materials from South Africa, Europe and Asia. The company’s strength lies in its full spectrum approach that integrates design, manufacturing, sourcing, project management and brand alignment under one vision.

In 2022, LFI launched Inside Interiors Magazine, a globally accessible digital platform showcasing architecture, interiors, décor and design culture from around the world. The magazine positioned the brand as both a creator and curator of luxury narratives. This publishing arm later gave rise to Residence Magazine, Botswana’s luxury print title, further strengthening LFI’s authority in the design and lifestyle industry.
