Craighall Residence, Johannesburg
A complete renovation and interior design project for a five-bedroom residence in Craighall, Johannesburg. The scope encompasses the full home, from the entry foyer and guest powder room to three living areas, dining room, reading nook, kitchen, pantry and breakfast nook. Five ensuite bedrooms, extensive hallway spaces, a three-car garage and pool house complete the residence. Working in partnership with the client’s appointed project manager, our role includes interior design, specification, sourcing and procurement, ensuring every element is considered as part of the wider architectural and construction process. The project is currently active, with design development, sourcing and implementation progressing across the home.
Block 9 Residence, Gaborone
An ongoing full renovation of a three-bedroom residence in Block 9, Gaborone, encompassing design, build, sourcing and finishing. The project reimagines the home through an indoor-outdoor approach, connecting the main living spaces with the garden and exterior areas. The scope includes the living room, dining room, kitchen with a new breakfast nook addition, family bathroom and guest powder room, alongside the redesign of three bedrooms, including one ensuite. External works extend to the creation of a dedicated reading room and the renovation and restoration of the swimming pool. The project brings together architectural changes, interior design, custom finishes and practical improvements to create a cohesive contemporary home.
